Has my order shipped?

When will you ship my order?

Most orders ship within two days (not including weekends or holidays) from the time of receipt of your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped from the warehouse.

Your credit card will be charged once your order has been placed on our website. Most orders will ship within two days of receiving your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped from the warehouse.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Only residents in CA are required to pay sales tax at this time.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

If I order the wrong size can I return the item?

Products which are unused may be returned in their original packaging for full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at customerservice@goelev8.com and we will approve the return and send you a return shipping label via email and assist you in placing a new order. The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Can I return an item that I have used?

Sorry, only products in new, unused condition will be accepted for returns. See our Return Policy.

What do I do if I ordered the wrong item?

Once you place an order at Elev8, changes cannot be made through the store. Please contact customer service as soon as possible at customerservice@goelev8.com.

Can I exchange an item for something else?

At Elev8, we do not offer direct exchanges. You will need to return the unwanted product in accordance with our Return Policy for a refund. We can then help you place a new order. Please contact customer service at customerservice@goelev8.com.

What is a CSC code?

A card security code is an added safeguard for your credit card purchases. Depending on the type of credit card you use, it is either a 3- or 4-digit number printed on the back or front of your credit card. For most online credit card purchases from us, the security code is required information. For a Visa or MasterCard, your CSC code is the 3-digit number found on the back of your credit card near the signature panel. For American Express, your CSC code is the 4-digit number found on the front right of your credit card above your credit card number.

Is your website secure?

Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption and firewall technology throughout the ordering process. Most browsers will show a lock icon in the bottom status bar on secure pages. Look for this icon on any web page that asks for your personal information. To further ensure your security, we use state of the art SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect your personal information from unauthorized use.

How does the ordering process work?

Ordering on our website is easy.

  1. Select the product of your choice and add the product(s) into the basket by clicking: "Add to Cart."
  2. The item is now in your shopping cart. Please choose if you would like to continue shopping by clicking on "Continue Shopping" or if you would like to proceed to checkout, click on "Check Out."
  3. Please sign in to your account. If you're new to Elev8, please click on "I am a New Customer" and continue to the next step.
  4. Verify that the details are correct, including your shipping address, and click "proceed to checkout."
  5. Please add your credit or debit card details, review the terms & conditions and check the box to indicate you accept them, then to proceed click on "confirm your purchase."
  6. Your order is in process now and you will receive a confirmation email about your Elev8 order.

How is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped using the USPS typically within one to two business days, not including holidays or weekends. Elev8 only ships within the continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska. We do not ship to freight forwarders or internationally at this time.

What are your shipping rates?

We ship all our orders through the USPS and rates are calculated based on USPS rates in effect as of the time the order is placed. The shipping rate is calculated at the time you are checking out. Click on the appropriate link in your shopping cart to see what the shipping rate for your order will be at checkout.

Do you ship to international addresses?

Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to international addresses at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience and look forward to adding this in the near future.

Do you offer gift cards?

Gift cards are not offered at this time.

What is your Return Policy?

We try to make it easy for you to do business with us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from us, please contact us at customerservice@goelev8.com with the reason for your return. We will send you a USPS pre-paid label for you to return the item to us along with your original packing slip and we will gladly refund your purchase price. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please note that returned items must be in saleable condition and in the original packaging. Items which have been worn, laundered or not in saleable condition cannot be accepted for return. Please allow 7-10 days for your refund to be processed.
